Returns + Exchanges

 

SIZ accepts returns and exchanges on regular priced items that meet the following requirements: 1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 14 days of delivery date - the customer must send an email to siz.geral@gmail.com requiring the return/exchange and wait for a reply with details (SIZ is not responsible for returns that do not follow this part, as parcels can be lost or sent the wrong way) 2. The item is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping (and customs). Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Exceptions include damaged items. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery and wait for a reply. Number 2. applies here too.
The refund will be made to your bank account in few days (When you benefited from free shipping, the shipping costs are deducted on the refund).
